At Google, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device or accessory, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Start your return

  Visit your Google Store order history, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Start return' button to generate a request.

• 2.
  Print your label

  Check your email for a pre-paid shipping label and a return packing slip; print both documents to prepare your package.

• 3.
  Pack your items

  Place the items in their original packaging including all cables and manuals, insert the packing slip, and securely seal the box.

• 4.
  Ship and track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
